Manage 15–40 employees across shifts and own safety, quality, and output KPIs. Performance management, scheduling, timekeeping/payroll, and Lean daily management. Strong leadership and communication. Associate/Bachelor's or equivalent experience. Must be a U.S. person able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
