Direct a line/cell of operators; track output, scrap, and downtime and cover production gaps. Train new hires and enforce safety, 5S, and quality standards. Basic scheduling and shift hand-off communication. 2+ yrs production experience. Must be a U.S. person able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
