QA Inspector

What you'd do

Perform inspections with calipers, micrometers, and CMM/gauges; document non-conformances. Apply ISO 9001/IATF/GMP/HACCP as applicable; use SPC and root-cause (5-Why, fishbone). Color vision and strong attention to detail.

Requirements

Education

HS + QC coursework, or AAS Mfg Technology

Experience

1–2 yrs quality/inspection preferred

Certifications / training

ASQ CQI or CMQOE a plus; IATF 16949

Career pathway

2-yr apprenticeship track via Savannah Tech
